My name is Mick. I create tattoos focused on details, mysticism, and graphics. I am drawn to graphic techniques that help express mood, evoke emotions, and create tattoos you want to observe over and over again. They remain meaningful to their wearers even after years.
Inspiration and Style
I draw inspiration from nature, Gothic art, mythology, and dark aesthetics. I am attracted to mysterious images — insects, snakes, eyes, skulls. These symbols resonate with everyone’s life. I enjoy working with graphics, adding plenty of fine details, or creating “threshold” illustrations that resemble images from old books and encyclopedias. My work has been influenced by masters like H.R. Giger, Zdzisław Beksiński, John Baizley, Ashley Wood, and Travis Louie. However, I am most inspired by heavy music and its dark stories.
How I Work
The process begins with a discussion about the idea and references. We figure out what inspired you to get a tattoo and what elements you want in the design. I enjoy creating eerie sketches that sometimes resemble nightmares or phobias, making the tattoo truly personal. Most of my clients, like me, love heavy music, so you can look forward to an excellent playlist during your session.
