Nose piercing
Before visiting the studio, blow your nose thoroughly with a tissue or two. While preparing your skin, breathe through your mouth if you find that the cleanser smells too strong. It's perfectly normal for your eyes to water, sneeze, or bleed after a piercing, so if your piercer doesn't provide you with a clean tissue to hold, ask for one. Do not touch your face with your fingers after your piercer has prepared the area; if your nose tickles or itches, use a tissue, but do not touch the prepared area at all.

How to choose nose piercing according to lifestyle?
-
Work environment and dress code. One of the most important aspects you should consider is your professional life. Some work environments may have strict rules regarding piercings and other forms of body modification. Before deciding to get a piercing, make sure you familiarize yourself with the rules of your workplace.
-
Planned activities such as a vacation, a visit to the hairdresser, pregnancy, surgery, etc. If you are planning a vacation in nature in the near future (dirt - infection), dyeing (chemical burn) or cutting (hair will get into the piercing), skiing (helmet will push) , pregnancy (change in hormonal background), surgery (reduction of immunity), etc. Have a piercing done only after you are over it.
-
Regular physical activity: if you are active and regularly engage in sports or exercise, you must also consider how the piercing will affect your activities. For example, if you are involved in a contact sport, you should probably avoid large or protruding piercings that could be easily injured. If you are professionally involved in sports, it is more appropriate to choose a piercing time during the competition period
-
Different types of piercings require different levels of care: some piercings heal relatively quickly and require minimal care, while others can take months to fully heal and require regular cleaning and care. Make sure you have enough time and energy to care for your new piercing. Thus, a lobe piercing is incomparable in this respect to a daith piercing, which heals all year long.
-
Comfort and practicality: if you often wear headphones or glasses, some types of ear piercings may cause discomfort. Similarly, if you have long hair and only wear it down, and a rubber band is something you've only heard of, then that hair can easily get tangled in jewelry, contributing to infection or trauma. Headphones are often a problem with some types of ear piercing, but the problem can be solved by changing the type of headphones, cheekbone headphones are ideal.
Of course, these are not all circumstances that can affect the healing of a piercing, but try to think if something along these lines will not be an obstacle for you to have a fresh piercing.

-
Piercer prepares a workplace. The chosen jewelry for nose piercing together with the needle will be sterilized for approx. 10 min. During that time, you will have the opportunity to ask anything and specify the necessary information.
-
After sterilization, the piercer will mark the final place for the nose piercing, disinfect the skin and in a few seconds you will have a new nose piercing.
-
After the piercing, the piercer will treat the nose piercing, take a picture of it, if you agree, apply a patch and once again explain the care of the nose piercing.
Nose piercing healing and care
The piercing almost always overflows, so we first give a longer piece of jewelry, which we exchange for a shorter one in about 1-2 months. Otherwise, there is a risk of frequent tripping over the jewelry and subsequent traumatization. Sometimes it needs to be replaced several times during healing, so if you feel that the jewelry is becoming too long and it is in the way, you can ask for it to be shortened. When exchanging jewelry for a shorter one, the price of the jewelry is paid according to the current price list, the service is free if it is an initial healing process.
